1) Hold a minimum of 1,000,000 AKITA on Ethereum and/or Avalanche networks at the time of a snapshot taken on November 10, 2022 at approximately 19:10 GMT.

2) Wallets with balances on both Ethereum and Avalanche were combined for one total.
