These 10,000,000 HACHI acknowledge the long-time holders of the AKITA token and their engagement within the Akita DAO's community.

While early expectations were to airdrop these tokens, it was determined the most responsible way to include the active community was to announce the eligibility requirement, as well as a time period for a random snapshot to occur.
